Integrated plastic recycling and pelletizing line for post-consumer and post-industrial PE/PP (film/rigid), PET, PS, and ABS, combining bale breaking, shredding and metal separation with friction/hot washing, sink–float separation, high-speed centrifuge and thermal drying; film compactor/agglomerator feeding a vented single- or two-stage extruder with vacuum degassing, melt pump and automatic backflush screen changer, followed by water-ring/strand/underwater pelletizing, closed-loop process-water filtration, odor control, and optional PET crystallizing/dehumidifying for stable, high-quality pellets at low energy and OPEX.
